Job summary

Stancil Services in Concord, NC is seeking a Territory Field Manager – Plumbing to lead day‑to‑day field operations across slab, rough, trim, and warranty phases. You will supervise foremen, coordinate labor, and manage costs while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction on multiple projects.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of new residential plumbing experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of new residential plumbing experience.
• North Carolina Plumbing License preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license for 3+ years and insurable under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations across all plumbing phases (slab, rough, trim, warranty).
• Lead, coach, and supervise foremen and field labor.
• Coordinate daily labor assignments to meet timelines and efficiency standards.
• Build relationships with customers, builders, and Stancil team members.
• Communicate field progress and service needs to customers and leadership.
• Oversee crew activities with the Area Manager to align with company objectives.
• Promote safety, accountability, and teamwork on site.
• Mentor field personnel and drive continuous improvement in productivity.
