Job summary

Stancil Services is seeking a Rough Foreman – Plumbing to lead rough-in crews on active construction sites in Leland, NC. You will interpret plans, coordinate daily workflow, and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires 4+ years of plumbing rough-in experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication to support field operations and junior staff development. This full-time position emphasizes safety and craftsmanship on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or GED accepted.
• 4+ years plumbing experience with rough-in expertise preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate plumbing drawings and rough-in diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, venting, routing standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency with plumbing hand and power tools; able to lead crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rough-in plumbing activities to ensure quality per standards.
• Interpret plans and communicate installation requirements to crew.
• Coordinate workflow, sequencing, and task assignments for the rough-in team.
• Lead advanced rough-in installations including supply lines, drainage, vent stacks, piping assemblies.
• Ensure compliance with codes, drawings, and installation standards.
• Conduct quality checks on measurements, elevations, and routing.
• Resolve field conflicts related to layout or material constraints.
• Report progress and needs to Plumbing Field Manager or Lead Plumber.
