The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication between field crews, construction managers, and internal teams, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience in field operations or construction management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of paint and drywall activities across assigned areas.
• Oversee scheduling, labor coordination, and material availability.
• Communicate field updates to crews and management.
• Maintain relationships with construction managers, builders, and team members.
• Ensure labor teams adhere to schedules and safety standards.
• Coordinate delivery and storage of materials.
• Identify scheduling or resource conflicts and implement solutions.
• Perform regular quality checks against project specs.
• Maintain documentation of field activity and progress.
• Serve as on-site representative for Stancil Services.
• Other related duties as assigned.
