Job summary

Stancil Services in Concord, NC is seeking a Territory Field Manager – Plumbing to lead day-to-day field operations across multiple plumbing phases including slab, rough, trim and warranty. You will supervise foremen, manage labor and materials, coordinate with scheduling, and drive safety and quality compliance on active job sites.

You will act as a primary liaison with customers and builders, oversee crew performance, and partner with Area Manager to align field activity with company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Bolt.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations across all plumbing phases.
• Lead foremen and field labor; oversee scheduling and labor allocations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on projects.
• Communicate field progress to customers and internal teams.
• Partner with Area Manager to align field activities with company goals.
