Indelco Plastics Corporation is seeking a sales-focused professional to build and maintain a customer base within the Midwest territory, including Saint Louis Park, MN. You will generate quotes, manage inquiries, and coordinate with customers and the warehouse to meet delivery timelines.

The role requires 12 years of related sales or customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel to customer and supplier sites as needed.

Competenze

• Associate2s degree or equivalent; 12 years sales or customer service experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Background in the plastic industry is a plus.

Mansioni

• Sell, build, and maintain a customer and sales base within the specified territory for all inquiries by performing the following duties.
• Contact and visit customers to build and maintain relationships by email, phone, fax, letter, and personal visits.
• Compile a list of prospective customers for use as sales leads from account lists and other sources.
• Generate written quotes with supporting correspondence and follow up until the order is placed, lost, or the opportunity is closed.
• Talk with existing customers to determine needs and satisfaction and build relationships.
• Introduce new products to clients using samples or a catalog and emphasize salable features.
• Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders as necessary.
• Communicate with the warehouse to estimate delivery dates.
