Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
• English required for effective patient interactions.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections per procedures; handle difficult draws with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification and verify labeling; perform data entry as needed.
• Travel within the territory to PSCs, IOPs, or other sites; maintain eligibility to travel.
• Provide professional, accurate patient and client interactions; maintain clean, welcoming collection environments.
