Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist III to perform territory-based specimen collection across PSCs and client sites, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotational weekends. Travel within an assigned territory up to 75% is required, and a valid driver’s license may be needed.

You will collect venipuncture samples, verify patient IDs, ensure accurate labeling, and deliver professional service while adhering to testing protocols to support quality results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with high accuracy.
• Verify patient identity and label specimens correctly.
