Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist III Territory (Float) to cover Bloomington, IL. The role travels to Patient Service Centers and client sites, performing venipuncture and complex collections with accuracy and strong patient communication.

Work schedule is Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with rotational weekends. Compensation includes pay range $21.50-$24.75 per hour, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCs, IOPs, or other sites.
• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws with minimal error.
• Ensure patient identification and labeling accuracy and enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, label and store as required.
• Provide exemplary professional service and maintain clean, welcoming collection environments.
• Cover PSC and IOP locations within the territory and maintain travel readiness.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and compliance standards; use lab systems to verify orders.
