Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required for daily interaction with patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections across tests with low error rate.
• Verify patient identification and accurately label samples.
• Prepare, transport, and process specimens per test order.
• Enter data into lab systems and verify electronic orders.
