Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is hiring a Phlebotomist III to cover the Bloomington, IL territory, Monday–Friday with possible weekend rotation. Travel within the territory to PSCs and other sites for specimen collection, ensuring accuracy and patient identification.

Expect independent work with a focus on high-quality results and customer service. The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience, valid certification in required states, and strong data-entry/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• English proficiency required.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following procedures; handle difficult cases with accuracy.
• Verify patient identities and ensure correct labeling of specimens; enter data as required.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling and storage per orders.
• Maintain professional service and a clean, welcoming collection environment across sites.
