Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Glen Ridge, NJ is hiring a Phlebotomist II to service patient centers within the assigned territory. Monday to Friday shifts with hours ranging 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM and rotating Saturdays may be required.

You will perform specimen collection, ensure proper patient identification, and maintain accurate documentation. The role emphasizes independent work, quality sampling, and excellent patient service while adhering to Quest protocols.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• English required

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures (venipuncture, capillary draws).
• Obtain patient identification and signatures for labeling accuracy; perform data entry as needed.
• Travel across PSCs and Client Offices within the territory; ensure timely office operations.
• Follow policies, safety, and confidentiality; use lab systems to confirm orders and documentation.
