Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required in all roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following procedures for tests (venipuncture, capillary draws).
• Obtain patient identification and sign for labeling accuracy; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing (labeling, centrifuging, storage).
• Research test/client information and verify written and electronic orders.
