Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Santa Maria, CA territory. The role involves travel to PSCs and client offices, venipuncture, patient identification, and accurate data entry, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotational weekends.

Qualified candidates will hold a state phlebotomy license and at least two years of phlebotomy experience; CA/NV/WA/LA certification requirements apply. The position offers competitive hourly pay and bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy license or certification as required by state.
• State phlebotomy license required; CA/NV/WA/LA certifications noted.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections via venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and ensure correct labeling and data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing according to procedures.
• Provide professional, courteous service to patients and clients; address questions and concerns.
