Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our Seattle team. As a Territory Manager you will develop and manage an assigned territory, aiming to exceed sales goals through strategic planning and customer engagement.

You will identify key influencers, plan regular coverage, learn our products and disease states, and be willing to travel overnight as required. A B2B sales background and a results-driven mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience or internship/sales degree preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate products and disease states over time.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
• Travel overnight based on territory needs.
