Job summary

ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to drive brand adoption of neffy® in the Fresno, CA territory.

You will engage healthcare professionals—prescribers, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital staff—through compliant product education and strategic account planning. This field-based role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales/customer-facing experience, preferably in pharma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience; pharmaceutical, specialty, or healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory performance by developing and executing focused territory and account plans.
• Deliver clear, balanced, and compliant product education through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Build strong professional relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Establish credibility as a trusted, reliable resource through consistent follow-through.
• Proactively identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use.
• Learn and navigate payer and access dynamics, partnering with internal teams.
• Demonstrate initiative and resilience in evolving or ambiguous situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and ensure compliance with policies.
