Job summary

ARS Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated Specialty Sales Representative to drive brand awareness and product adoption for neffy® across an assigned geography. You will educate healthcare professionals in person and virtually, develop territory plans, and collaborate with internal teams to navigate access dynamics and expand adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience; pharmaceutical/healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience supporting new initiatives, launches, or growth-oriented environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory performance by developing and executing focused territory and account plans.
• Deliver clear, balanced product education through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Build strong relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Navigate multiple decision-makers to drive awareness and adoption.
