Syneos Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a driven pharmaceutical sales professional to join our integrated sales team. You will develop and manage the assigned territory, deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians, and build relationships with key HCPs.

2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Understanding navigating healthcare offices.

Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Achieving and exceeding targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, & executing an integrated territory business plan with key accounts.
Developing and building professional relationships with key HCPs in the assigned geography.
Driving appropriate product utilization while coordinating with commercial teams to maximize pull-through with local payers and HCPs.
Leveraging therapeutic, market, and competitor insights to address business challenges.
