Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to cover a defined territory in Tucson, AZ.

You will promote products to physicians and healthcare professionals, develop a territory plan, and travel as needed to build relationships and influence prescribing decisions. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in pharmaceutical or related sales, hold a valid driver’s license, and live within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory.
• Develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty.
• Leverage selling model to maximize customer commitment on calls.
• Apply knowledge of clinical studies and managed care to tailor discussions with physicians.
