Job summary

Amplity, partnered with a leading pharmaceutical client, seeks a Field Sales Representative to promote and educate healthcare professionals on approved products within an assigned Texas territory. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

The role emphasizes compliant, customer-focused engagement, territory planning, and effective use of PDMA-compliant sampling. Travel up to 50% is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strategic territory plans.
• Deliver compliant product presentations using approved materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Execute targeted call plans and appropriate call frequency.
• Identify opportunities to expand product utilization.
• Document product samples distribution per PDMA requirements.
• Maintain records of customers and sales activity in CRM (Veeva/Salesforce).
• Utilize sales resources to communicate product value.
