Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a District Sales Manager to expand the Parts City Affiliate program within an assigned territory. You will recruit stores, train personnel, and develop action plans to boost sales and profitability across wholesale and retail channels.

Responsibilities include maintaining calls, identifying new store prospects, and promoting exclusive Parts City programs while working with Ozark Automotive to strengthen customer service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years counter experience and/or outside sales experience in automotive aftermarket.
• Strong verbal communication skills; good written communication; positive interaction with people.
• Must be organized and able to set priorities and manage time in territory.
• Desired: College degree in business and/or marketing; sales training in automotive aftermarket.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recruit for Parts City Affiliate program in assigned territory.
• Represent Parts City/Ozark Automotive to stores, management, and ownership to grow net sales.
• Maintain a consistent call schedule and build relationships with store personnel and management.
• Develop action plans addressing merchandising, customer service and profitability improvements.
• Assist with store acquisitions, changeovers and installations as needed.
