Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health seeks a Community Relations Liaison to drive referral partnerships across behavioral health service lines. You will manage a dynamic territory, build enduring relationships with psychologists, therapists, and other clinicians, and execute growth initiatives with a patient-focused, consultative sales approach.

Expect extensive travel (approximately 80% outside the office) and daily engagement with partners through meetings, events, and communications to stay top of mind

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years' business development or related experience.
• Experience with strategic planning, new business development, and negotiation.
• Computer proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand referral relationships with providers.
• Identify new referral and partnership opportunities and drive growth.
• Plan and execute territory strategies, events, and outreach activities.
• Maintain CRM records and generate monthly reporting.
