Soleo Health is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across the Seattle to Oregon region, focusing on IG and Specialty therapies. You will develop relationships with physician offices, health systems, and referrals, while executing data-informed territory plans to expand patient access.

The role is field-based with a focus on education, customer service, and strategic account development. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered to support complex care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years health care experience including 3+ years in a sales or customer advocate role.
• Broad knowledge of bleeding disorder community, specialty pharmacy and infusion sales.
• Ability to use data, reporting tools, and market analytics to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Strong business acumen to analyze performance, referral trends, market dynamics and competition.
• Proven success in prospecting, new business development, and territory expansion.
• Driven to produce results, independent, self-starter, team player, effective communicator.

Responsabilités

• Territory: Southern Seattle to Oregon State Line.
• Develop new accounts and service existing accounts, obtain new business by planning and organizing daily calls on referrals.
• Proactively identify, target, and secure new referral sources, physician practices, health systems and strategic accounts.
• Educate patients and physician referral sources about Soleo Health products and services.
• Maintain frequent value-added contact with customers to introduce services and encourage loyalty.
• Leverage data and market insights to inform territory plans and growth.
• Negotiate contracts with referral sources, third party payors, government agencies and ensure service quality.
