• 3–6 years in account/partner management or field sales in healthcare.
• Experience building partner pipelines and driving referrals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day partner relationships across senior care networks.
• Drive referral growth and reduce barriers to referrals.
• Conduct business reviews and track trends with CRM data.
• Coordinate with enterprise accounts for consistency and expansion.
• Perform in-home patient device installs when needed.
• Maintain a robust partner onboarding and education cadence.
• Forecast opportunities and provide accurate territory updates.
