Job summary

Oxsome, the AI marketing platform, is hiring four Sales Representatives to close warm, pre-qualified small-business leads from our Wayzata, Minnesota headquarters. You will sell; the platform handles prospecting, onboarding, and retention.

Compensation is base $40,000–$58,000 plus an uncapped bounty; realistic first-year earnings are $70,000–$120,000, and the ceiling is yours. Company phone and laptop on day one; benefits after 90 days. On-site at our Wayzata headquarters.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is welcome but not required for entry level; base scales with experience.
• Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Work warm, pre-qualified leads: trial conversions, win-backs, and inbound owner conversations.
• Close new Lead Guys, AI Website + SEO, and Google Ads clients — upsell existing accounts.
• Hit a minimum of one new sale per month; top reps close 8–12+.
• Keep your pipeline and activity current in Command Center; monitor live dashboard.
• Bring energy to a sales floor where AI handles busywork and you close.

Oxsome is the AI marketing platform behind 1,000 small businesses. From our Wayzata, Minnesota headquarters we deliver lead services, AI-powered websites, SEO, and connected TV advertising to home service and small business clients nationwide — all managed from one Command Center.

We're hiring four Sales Representatives to close warm, pre-qualified small-business leads our AI pipeline tees up every day — trials to convert, past clients to win back, and owners already talking to us. You sell; the platform does the prospecting, the onboarding, and the retention.

Compensation is built for closers: $40,000–$58,000 base depending on experience, plus an uncapped bounty — you keep 100% of every new client's first month, paid across their first two payments. Upgrades pay the bounty again on the added amount. Realistic first-year earnings are $70,000–$120,000, and the ceiling is yours. Company phone and laptop on day one; benefits after 90 days. What you'll do

• Work warm, pre-qualified leads: trial conversions, win-backs, and inbound owner conversations
• Close new Lead Guys, AI Website + SEO, and Google Ads clients — and upsell existing accounts
• Hit a minimum of one new sale per month (top reps close 8–12+)
• Keep your pipeline and activity current in Command Center — your live dashboard shows exactly what every account pays you
• Bring energy to a sales floor where the AI does the busywork and you do the closing

What we're looking for

• Drive — the plan pays for hunger, and everything you close pays you immediately
• Confidence on the phone with small-business owners
• Coachability and follow-through; pipeline discipline
• Sales experience welcome but not required for entry level — base scales with experience

Nice to have

• Local/SMB advertising sales background (directory, home services, marketing, SaaS)
• A track record of beating quota in a phone-sales role
