The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Sales Representative to grow sales at Lowe's stores within a defined territory. You will manage customer relationships, ensure attractive store appearances, and respond quickly to business needs.

You will visit 3–5 stores, promote our brand and products, train store staff, assist with tinting, and use CRM to document visits and competitive insights. Moderate travel required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.
• At least 1 year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation.
• Willing to travel as required for the position.

Aufgaben

• Establish strong selling relationships with store associates and management.
• Promote brand strengths to Lowe's customers and contractors.
• Use CRM to document sales calls and store visits.
• Gather competitor intelligence in CRM.
• Conduct contractor events to promote products and increase sales.
• Ensure promotions, pricing, and signage are set in each store.
• Prepare Annual Growth Plan for assigned stores to meet sales/profit goals.
• Conduct trainings on product knowledge, sales, promotions, and equipment.
• Assist with tinting/mixing paint as needed.
• Manage product stock and display in the department.
• Make occasional pro-paint sales calls to painters and builders (about 10% of time).
• Perform Profit and Loss review and expense management.
