Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Part-Time Field Store Associate to drive sales at Lowe’s in Arlington, WA. You will engage customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generate leads, and implement sales programs while maintaining high merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include training Lowe’s staff on product knowledge, assisting customers, and ensuring a strong color wall presence. This role requires weekend/evening availability and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth at Lowe’s stores and increase customer engagement in Paint and Pro departments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Train and support Lowe’s associates on product knowledge and applications.
• Maintain merchandising and the color wall/back stock appearance.
• Assist in generating sales leads and promoting Pro Desk services.
