Sherwin-Williams at Lowe's Hemet store is seeking a part-time Field Store Associate to drive sales in the Paint and Pro departments. You will engage customers, tint/mix products, and maintain color files and store appearance.

You will promote Sherwin-Williams/Valspar standards, support the Pro Desk, and help train associates while meeting sales goals and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Part-time role with weekday/afternoon/weekend shifts.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
