Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Part-Time Field Store Associate to drive sales at Lowe's stores, engaging customers in Paint and Pro departments and delivering outstanding service. The role is based at Lowe's Store #2402 in Sewell, NJ, supporting merchandising, product knowledge, and in-store promotions, with weekday/afternoon/weekend shifts.

Qualifying candidates must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and able to lift up to 70 lbs. Prior retail or paint experience is a plus.

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and assist customers in person.
• Present products and services aligned with customer needs.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Maintain store appearance and color wall; assist with tinting as needed.
• Support in-store Pro Desk and paint program execution.
