Critter Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth for residential and commercial wildlife services. You will identify opportunities, consult with customers, and deliver customized solutions while building long-term relationships.

You will travel within your territory, conduct property assessments, present proposals, and close deals using company templates. A hunter mindset and field independence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset with proven outside sales experience in related fields.
• Ability to work in the field and manage own schedule; proficient with various software applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships to drive business growth in residential and commercial segments.
• Assess customer needs and propose humane wildlife services.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to exceed targets.
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Close deals, gather payments, and re-engage past prospects.
