Job summary

Omni Fiber seeks an Outside Sales Representative for the Copley region to drive door-to-door sales of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You will own your territory, build relationships with homeowners, and directly impact customer growth in Akron-area communities.

The role offers a strong base, uncapped commissions, and a realistic annual target of $87k–$105k with bonus programs. Training provided and travel reimbursements apply.

Qualifications

• Must be driven to succeed in a quota-based sales role.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Outgoing, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphone).
• Travel reimbursement at IRS mileage rate within and outside territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your territory.
