Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Akron region to bring high‑speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services directly to customers’ homes. You will own your territory, conduct in‑home consultations, and build lasting relationships in Akron and surrounding communities.

The role offers a competitive compensation package with a $42K base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, including a target of up to $105K annually, plus strong benefits and professional growth

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required; travel reimbursements at IRS rate per mile.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber’s internet, voice, and TV services
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards
