Job summary

Omni Fiber LLC is expanding its Medina Region sales efforts. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will visit homeowners, present high-speed fiber internet, voice and TV options, and own your territory.

You will drive growth in Akron, Barberton, Kent, Lodi, Medina, and surrounding areas while building lasting customer relationships. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and bonuses, onboarding training, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing fiber internet

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required by state.
• Must be able to perform in a quota-driven sales role.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphone).
• Personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed per IRS rate.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism and integrity.
