Job summary

Omni Fiber, LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Tiffin region to drive door-to-door sales of fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You will own your territory, build local relationships, and hit monthly targets while earning uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

Training is provided, and the role covers Bucyrus, Crestline, Mt Gilead, New Washington, Shelby, Tiffin, Upper Sandusky, and nearby towns. Expect a schedule Monday–Friday with customer-facing field work.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor and resilience to rejection.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphone).

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
