Job summary

Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to cover the Orem area. This territory-based role focuses on building relationships with manufacturers, contractors, fabricators and industrial customers, delivering solutions and driving growth in the assigned region.

You will travel within the territory, visit jobsites and customers, and work with Inside Sales and Operations to expand the account base and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Outside Sales, Territory Sales, Account Management or related sales experience preferred.
• Industrial, manufacturing, construction, MRO, fastener, safety or related product experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout your territory.
• Make regular customer visits, jobsite visits and prospecting calls.
• Grow sales and gross margin within assigned accounts.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotes, bids and proposals and follow opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Promote Copper State's product offering and value-added solutions.
• Partner with Inside Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Branch Leadership to support customers.
