Job summary

PGW Auto Glass, LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to promote products within a defined territory in California. You will solicit new and existing customers, present PGW solutions, and travel within your territory to grow accounts.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; you will maintain the CRM and collaborate with operations to deliver exceptional service. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years' sales and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible schedule and independently.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell to new and existing customers.
• Learn PGW product literature to inform customers.
• Research potential customers for PGW products.
• Travel within the territory and manage time effectively.
• Collaborate with operations to deliver quality service.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address concerns.
• Maintain and update the CRM.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
