Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Representative to promote products within a defined territory, grow existing accounts, and uncover new business. You will need strong multitasking, excellent communication, and high organization.

The role requires traveling within the territory, effective CRM usage, and collaboration with operations to deliver a standout service. A valid driver’s license and MS Office familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years' sales and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to multitask.
• Flexible with variable schedules; fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, present products, and sell to new and existing customers.
• Gain knowledge of PGW Auto Glass product literature for effective communication.
• Identify and research potential customers within the territory.
• Travel within the territory to promote PGW and manage time efficiently.
• Collaborate with operations to deliver exceptional service.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships; build trust.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and inquiries.
• Maintain and update the CRM regularly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assume additional duties as assigned.
