Job summary

Viking Rentals in Texas is expanding and seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to own the territory and drive growth. You will represent a complete portfolio of rental solutions including temporary fencing, dumpsters, portable sanitation, and storage containers, developing long-term relationships and expanding revenue within each account.

This role offers uncapped commissions, a hybrid work schedule, competitive base pay, and strong operational support to help you succeed across Texas.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or communications preferred.
Strong communication skills with internal teams and customers.
Negotiation skills to close terms and pricing effectively.
Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects.
Problem solving to resolve customer issues during rental periods.
Knowledge of the construction industry and how rental equipment supports projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
