Job summary

Viking Rentals in Texas is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to drive growth in a dynamic portfolio of jobsite solutions including temporary fencing, dumpsters, portable sanitation, and storage containers.

You will develop new business, expand existing customer relationships, and maximize earnings through an uncapped commission plan while supporting long-term customer partnerships across construction accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or communications; or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and customers.
• Negotiation skills to secure terms and pricing.
• Excellent organizational skills for multiple clients and projects.
• Strong problem solving to resolve customer issues during rental periods.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow territory for Viking Rentals in Texas.
• Represent a complete portfolio of jobsite solutions and build long-term customer relationships.
• Generate repeat business and create multiple revenue opportunities within each account.
• Call on new contractors or expand existing relationships to become a trusted partner.
