Job summary

JM Test Systems is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a territory across utilities, oil and gas, petrochemical, and industrial markets. You will travel to customer sites, build relationships, and drive revenue through calibration, repair, rental, and equipment sales services.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll develop strategic plans, manage a robust pipeline, and work with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Organized and self-directed with solid time management and territory planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow your territory by prospecting and winning new accounts and expanding whitespace.
• Expand existing accounts with regular visits, calls, and account-level strategies.
• Sell consultatively by uncovering needs, compliance requirements, and equipment challenges.
• Be the customer's go-to by coordinating with operations and serving as the primary contact.
• Manage your pipeline with CRM accuracy and participate in weekly reviews.
• Represent JM Test Systems at trade shows and industry events, modeling core values and safety standards.
