JM Test Systems in Baton Rouge, LA seeks an Outside Sales Representative to own a territory and win new accounts across calibration, repair, rental and equipment sales services. You’ll spend significant time in the field with utility, oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial customers, understanding their needs and recommending solutions that keep them compliant and productive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Organized and self-directed with solid time management and territory planning skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel regularly within the territory (40–60%).

Responsabilités

• Grow your territory by prospecting and winning new accounts.
• Expand existing accounts through regular visits and account-level strategies.
• Sell consultatively by uncovering needs and presenting solutions to decision-makers.
• Be the customer's go-to by resolving issues and coordinating with internal teams.
• Manage your pipeline with rigor; keep CRM accurate and participate in weekly reviews.
• Represent JM Test Systems at trade shows and industry events.
