• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Organized and self-directed with solid time management and territory planning skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel regularly within the territory (40–60%).

Responsibilities

• Grow your territory by prospecting and winning new accounts.

JobSummary — The Opportunity

The equipment behind power grids, refineries, and industrialoperations has to be accurate, safe, and running. As an Outside SalesRepresentative, you'll help the customers who depend on that equipment see whyJM Test Systems is the partner to trust.

In this role, you will own a territory and grow it, winningnew customers and expanding existing accounts across our calibration, repair,rental, and equipment sales services. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager,you'll spend much of your time in the field with utility, oil and gas,petrochemical, and industrial customers, understanding their needs andrecommending solutions that keep them compliant and productive.

KeyResponsibilities & Outcomes

• Grow yourterritory. Prospect and win new accounts, and uncover whitespace inadjacent markets to build a strong book of business.
• Expandexisting accounts. Deepen relationships and grow share of wallet throughregular visits, calls, and account-level strategies.
• Sellconsultatively. Uncover customer needs, compliance requirements, andequipment challenges, then present proposals, quotes, and solutions todecision-makers and procurement.
• Be thecustomer's go-to. Respond quickly, coordinate with service operations andcustomer success to resolve issues, and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Manageyour pipeline with rigor. Keep the CRM accurate, participate in weeklypipeline and forecast reviews, and share competitive and market insight withyour team.
• RepresentJM Test Systems. Attend trade shows and industry events, and model our corevalues, safety expectations, and quality standards in every interaction.

WhatYou Bring

• Required: 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a track record of meeting orexceeding revenue targets and developing new business.
• Required: Strong communication and presentation skills with technical andnon-technical audiences.
• Required: Organized and self-directed, with solid time management and territoryplanning skills.
• Required: Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel,PowerPoint, Teams).
• Required: Ability to travel regularly within the territory (typically 40–60%), with avalid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and outsidesales experience.
• Preferred: Experience in calibration, metrology, test and measurement, orinstrumentation rental, or selling to utilities, oil and gas, petrochemical,power generation, or industrial manufacturing customers, using consultative orsolution selling.

Work Environment

• Regular territory travel by car and occasionalair travel
• Visiting customer facilities, includingproduction and laboratory environments
• Occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
