Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience.
- Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain, license fees reimbursed).
- Willing to obtain state license (study course provided).
Responsibilities
- Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
- Schedule meetings with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
- Present insurance solutions to employees and groups; build your client portfolio.
- Record daily work stats and sales activity; meet monthly/quarterly targets.
