Job summary

Morcon Specialty, a TRG company, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business in hydraulic and industrial hoses, gaskets, and belts. You will build strong customer relationships, visit sites, demonstrate products, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or industrial distribution.
• Knowledge of hydraulic hoses, gaskets, conveyor belts is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Provide expert product recommendations and solutions for customer needs.
• Conduct on-site customer visits and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet targets.
• Coordinate with inside sales, operations, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
