Job summary

Rasa Floors in Houston, TX is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business in a defined territory and build a recurring book of business. The role offers a strong ramp with support from an established national company.

You will prospect, present flooring solutions to property managers, close deals, and grow existing accounts while collaborating with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Organized and able to independently manage a territory and pipeline
• Sales, business development, account management, construction, property management, building materials, or related experience preferred

• $70,000 guaranteed first-year compensation — $55,000 fixed compensation + $15,000 guaranteed minimum commission
