Job summary

Rasa Floors, LP is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Houston, TX area. Build a sales career with an established national company and the opportunity to earn up to $150,000+ as you grow your territory and book of business.

You’ll develop new business, prospect via referrals and industry relationships, and manage pipeline to deliver strong customer experiences. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory are required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or transferable experience from construction, property management, or related customer-facing industries.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within an assigned territory.
• Prospect through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Build relationships with property managers and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits and identify customer flooring needs.
• Present solutions, develop proposals, and close business.
• Grow existing accounts and recurring revenue.
• Manage your pipeline and partner with internal teams to deliver strong customer experience.

• $70,000 guaranteed first-year compensation — $55,000 fixed compensation + $15,000 guaranteed minimum commission
