Job summary

JASPER Engines & Transmissions, a leader in re-manufactured engines and transmissions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative in Boise, ID. You will cultivate business with independent repair facilities, fleets, and government entities, managing a defined territory with a hunter approach.

The role offers a base salary of $60k–$75k plus quarterly bonuses as you grow in the territory, with full benefits after 30 days, including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, and ESOP

Qualifications

• Degree or two-plus years of sales experience.
• Hunter mentality.
• Automotive background/knowledge.
• Integrity and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Call on independent repair facilities, local fleets, city and government entities, marinas and national accounts within an assigned territory.
• Develop and implement plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities for the territory.
• Prepare needs assessments and develop sales proposals and presentations.
• Build long-term value-based relationships and manage accounts.
