Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an entry-level Outside Sales representative who, under direct supervision, represents the company by providing sales and customer service; gathering data on customer needs and design specifications.

You will spend a majority of your day traveling to client sites to generate orders or contracts for services and products, while building knowledge of effective sales techniques and the industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 0–2 years industry sales experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel and develop sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Spends majority of daily activities away from employer’s place of business making sales calls and obtaining orders or contracts for services and products.
• Accompanies more experienced Outside Sales Reps or Sales Manager on customer calls to learn effective sales techniques.
• Develops knowledge of company products and services and industry trends.
