Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional for an outside sales role in Shawano/Clintonville, WI. You will promote Sysco products, build relationships with new and existing accounts, and work toward sales and profit goals. Some non-traditional hours may be required to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include developing new business, qualifying prospects, and tailoring product solutions. Travel to customer accounts and events is expected, with training and career growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline, OR 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including Sysco Sales Internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth within assigned territory.
• Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
• Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet needs.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers based on business needs and goals.
• Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services.
