Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to promote its products and services in Beloit/Janesville, WI. The role focuses on building relationships with new and existing accounts, with possible non-traditional hours to meet customer needs.

The position offers a base salary plus bonus and incentives, car allowance or mileage reimbursement, and a robust benefits package. You will work to meet sales goals while supporting community-oriented initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including completion of the Sysco Sales Internship.
• Bi-Lingual preferred.
• Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, Chef Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth within assigned territory.
• Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
• Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and service to meet needs.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers based on business needs and goals.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions and participate in district meetings.
