Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to drive growth in Baraboo, WI and surrounding territory. This outside sales role focuses on promoting Sysco products, building relationships with new and existing accounts, and achieving sales and profit goals.

The position may require non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs and territory goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline, OR HSD/GED with 3 years experience.
• Experience in Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales, or equivalent relatable experience including Sysco Sales Internship.
• Equivalent relatable experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to drive profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects and understand customer needs to tailor offerings.
• Provide product training and support to customer personnel.
• Manage deliveries and coordinate with transportation and receivables as needed.
• Attend sales and district meetings and participate in training.
